Cultivating Life

This class focuses on health building practices.  Using posture, movement, and breathing to stimulate the body's healing and movement capacity.  It aims to heal chronic illness, build health, and strengthen the body.  This class is for all experience and health levels.

Meditation & Martial Arts

This class focuses on the developmental practices of the internal martial arts.  These arts are famous in the east for producing exceptional martial artists that maintain their prowess well into their old age.  It is moderately strenuous and includes body contact.
